Applicant & Owner Details

This section provides information about the applicant, the owner of the land and the person who should be contacted about any matters concerning the application.

Applicant Contact

The person or organisation who is the primary contact for the application. The Applicant Contact by default is the person or organisation in SPEAR that created the application. 

Applicant

The person or organisation that requires the permit. The applicant can, but may not necessarily, be the Applicant Contact person.

Owner

The person or organisation who owns the land at the time the application is made.

Where a parcel of land has been sold and an application made prior to settlement, the owner's details should be identified as those of the vendor.

The owner can, but not necessarily, be the Applicant Contact and/or the applicant.

There is no limit to the number of owners you can add to the application.

The 'Owner' fields will not be displayed if the application type does not require details of the owner.
